    The overall customer experience for obtaining a quotation is very straight forward and in my own experience I received a very prompt response. It is worth noting the quotation price is valid for 30 days. Therefore, Customers may need to bear this mind when aligning to the start date of the installation work. Also, the price does not include installation, therefore, Customers will need to research for their own plumbers / heating engineers and their costs will need to be obtained and added on.

    We cannot recommend Polypipe highly enough from the product itself to the customer service we received throughout our installation.   We would call the company and within a few seconds we would be talking to the right person who would answer our queries in detail.     There is a real sense of genuine care from the company.  We never felt like a number or that once we had paid for the product that there was no support thereafter.   It was so refreshing to receive such a high level of customer service and support in particular we would like to thank Daniel Hickman who was the person that we spoke to on a regular basis when we had questions.  He was brilliant, polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable, with a genuine sense of pride in his work.     We were really taken aback with the amount of knowledge he had which really does reflect on him as well as the company.     We never right reviews but in this instance we simply had to and to acknowledge such an amazing company and thank them once again.  Mr and Mrs Giles
