Very happy with my purchase of new memory for iMac (2011). James at Upgradeable gave me advice on how to install it, which saved me from leaving my iMac at an Apple service store for 5 days. It took me 5 minutes.

The sales service was fine but the product did not work. I had to remove the memory chips after a couple of weeks as my Mac kept crashing. Put the old memory back in and it works fine. Best part of $400 wasted. Sorry, cannot recommend you to any one.

Sorry to hear you are having troubles with your RAM, I apologise for all the trouble it has caused you. This is the first we have heard about it, you have not contact us about having any problems, we have technical staff on our 1800 number and also via our contact us page
We have never stated online or over the phone that refunds are not available if product does not work. It is not just our company policy, it is the law. If you want a refund, you are entitled to one, so you have not wasted any money. We refund including shipping costs.
We would like to solve any problems you are having, please get in contact, we can send out some replacement RAM, but also check your model to make sure you it is not a compatibility issue.
If you would rather have a refund, I'll send a return label so it cost you nothing to return the RAM, and you will have your payment refunded. It is really that easy.

You are correct, we owe you a replacement module, it has not been shipped, we have no excuse. I will make sure you get a replacement sent to you today.
I just checked our RA system, and we have received your faulty module, there is a note to replace when we get it back, and it was not done. I'll will investigate, but I think it is just someone has forgotten to do the work, and it is why we have systems in place so this type of problem does not occur. I'm sorry for the stuff up. We have these different forms of communications and reviews so customers have a chance to out us when we are not doing our job correctly. I'm sorry you had to give us a bad review to get our attention. We will fix this ASAP.
